At Krvvy, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to make your exchange or refund as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
